Cable running through yard, needs to be buried.

I have now had a cable sitting in my lawn for six weeks. I was told four times that Xfinity would be out the next day to bury it. Is anyone ever going to show up to bury this cable?

 in most areas we are coming off the winter hold as of April 1st,  so our crews that bury the cable lines are backed up about 30 days.
