Cable ReRouting
The internet cable to two of the rooms in my home were originally run on the exterior of the house instead of through the crawlspace and attic. I need to perform some siding repair and painting and was looking to find out the process for getting these two cables rerouted internally. I've seen similar posts asking for the same help but the resolution appears to require direct messaging Xfinity Support. Could you please confirm the process?

Hi there, @nickmcg985 Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to reach out to me regarding needing a technician to reroute the cable line internally. I can most definitely get your questions answered for you. A technician can reroute the cable line as long as it does not involve wall fishing which is where a wire would need to be fished down through an interior wall that does not have access to have a hole easily drilled through like an exterior wall.-Richard
