Cable pulled from the telephone pole
Recent ICE pulled the cable off the pole between our house and the pole across the street. So now the comcast cable goes from the peak of our house, down into the yard, then up over phone lines and across the street. I have a bucked hanging from the line to keep cars from hitting the cable sagging into the street. I've had two hazard tickets summary closed with no action taken. What is the correct approach to getting it serviced?
