Cable Outage
My cable was cut at the street by my neighbor on Friday at 11 am, I have called 6 times keep being told there is an "open ticket" to resolve, but no one can tell me when. They told me if that ticket isn't completed I have an appointment on 9/4, 6 days after the issue occurred. We have 4 people at the house that all work from home, mobile hotspots not strong enough for the work we all do (heavy Zoom/Teams). I'm not getting anywhere with the phone support
I've been a loyal Comcast/Xfinity customer since 1990's, can anyone help me?
