Cable not buried

I had my Internet cable run several weeks ago and they told me it would be buried 10-14 days after. I received a text message last week stating that the underground cable was completed, but as of 7 days later, it is still not buried. It runs over my driveway and is a tripping hazard so I would like it to be buried as soon as possible.

Good morning, @user_doyavw. Sorry to hear you are still waiting for the work to be completed. Oftentimes, there are several factors beyond our control that could cause a delay. With that said, we would be happy to review the account for any updates and do everything we can to ensure things are moving in a positive direction.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.
