Cable not buried

The orange Comcast cable is not buried in some places in my yard. How can I get Xfinity to get this work done?

@XfinityBrandon​ Being unsightly is one concern, of course, but I’m sure you will agree that this is a SAFETY issue. Xfinity/Comcast sure does not want me or anyone else to trip over the unburied Comcast wires and end up with a broken bone, right?

@user_e0ac25 Yes, 100% safety is a top priority, and we would never want anyone injured from an exposed line. When entering the information, you can relay this to a safety concern. I want to help make sure this gets resolved. Were you able to get this entered using "Report an Issue"?
