Cable never buried??

I started my Xfinity service months ago and they never came back to bury the cable in my yard. I have tried calling and messaging and submitting a ticket and cannot reach a human to get help with this issue. This is extremely frustrating!! HOW can I get this fixed?!

Good Luck.  They've no showed on me twice already and I dug the trench for them
