Cable Needs to Be Removed from Old Power Pole to New Pole ,Power Company Installed. [Edited]

Been over a YEAR of trying to get Comcast to remove there cable from a old Power Pole, That the Power Company left because Comcast line is still attached.Was told Notification was put in to remove line ,OVER A YEAR AGO,This pole has to be removed but unable to because of Comcast.This line still provides cable to house , but ready to cut pole down and END SERVICE because of this. If I was wanted to install service, A truck would be in my yard this week.

I recieved responce very next day, I was instructed to send Message to Xfinity Support with Name and Address, Which I just did, hope work ticket gets wrote.

Well a month has passed since I recieved a e-mail stating that a ticket has been submitted,Ticket number is ECM0014143234. Cable is still on Old Power Pole,need to be transferred to New Power Pole. What is the hold up?
