Comcast keeps saying no conflict. The cable is there

Can you please provide some specifics on the issue with the cable and the conflict in question? Is there a cable re-route needing to be done?

I'm going to be planting a tree and bushes and I need to know the cable location.  Julie sent comcast 3 request to locate and it keeps coming back no conflict 

I know that there is a cable. 

I don't need the cable moved I just need to know where it is

Have you contacted 811 to have the underground utilities marked? That is the organization that handles providing underground locations nationwide.

Yes all of the other utilities have been marked .  811 sent  3 request to comcast and with in 1 minute of that request comcast sent a message of no conflict

There are no aerial lines.   The line is buried in the ground.
