Hello user_c3hq9d! Thanks for reaching out to us and reporting the cable line that's being pulled on by the tree.
I have the same thing outside my home since my line runs through a small tree that is next to my house. Are there any power lines going through the tree as well? If so, the power company would be the best to notify since they would manage the tree to keep the branches from hitting the lines. If there are no power lines, it would be OK to trim the branches. Is the tree on your property?
