Cable Lines run through tree limbs when they relocated my line over a year ago
I am looking to have these trees cut down but the line runs through the limbs. The tree cutter will not work around the line due to possible damage. Can I get this line buried? Or how do I go about have the line taken down temporarily to have the trees cut and then put back up? The line will be much lower once the tree is cut so it will need adjusting anyway. What is the charge if any, as I did chat with customer support a week ago and don't believe she spoke much English to under stand my questions. The limbs could possible pull down this line during a big storm, hurricane or ice storm.

Hello, @patpoms we can submit a survey request to relocate or temporarily drop the line, but there may be up to $100 charge. I'm happy to review your account and research your options. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
