Cable lines down

We have called xfinity multiple times with down cable lines in our driveway onto the street. They have not come to handle the line. There was a storm on 2 nights ago that a tree knocked down the lines. We need someone here asap to take care of this

Cable line is on the ground and arching in backyard causing tripping hazard.  Trying to call to report it and I can't through to live agent.  Even the page that supposed to let you report it keeps saying try again.  I'm really frustrated!
