Hello user_68kt0m! Thanks for reporting the damaged line to us. I'm sorry that the tree took the line down. I know your home and family are safe! I have 30+ foot trees around my home and every storm or high wind day makes me so worried they are going to come crashing down on us or one of our neighbors! We can set up an appointment to have the line repaired for us. Has your Xfinity home services been impacted at all? I want to make sure that we set up the correct appointment to make sure there are no additional issues for your home.

Please send us a direct message with your name and service address. From there we will be able to set up the needed appointment.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
