cable lines down
We experienced a big storm on July 20th that knocked down a cable line. The cable line has been hanging over my driveway & presents a huge safety risk to my children who play outside daily. I've called regularly to ask for a technician to repair. I'm told they will come that evening, or the next day. No One Comes. It has been a month!!! This has been the worst, most negligent experience I've had with a provider ever.
