Cable lines down on causing safety threat to property
I have tried calling Xfinity to come out and fix their cable lines that fell during a storm. These lines are blocking my driveway preventing me to access my garage with my vehicles. The cable lines are laying across my neighbors fence and is causing a safety hazard for his children. Xfinity does not want to help me. I have called 4 times and have not been able to get any help. They have closed my ticket request for this and this is an emergency! What can I do to get a technician to fix this as soon as possible?
