cable line

Centerpoint Energy came out and replaced the poles that hold up the power lines. When they put everything back, the cable line was set way lower than it was before. Is there a height requirement the cable line should be? It is now going through my trees along the rear fence line in my backyard.

user_4h8y67 thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out regarding the lines in your neighborhood. What I would recommend if the lines are now too low is that you reach back out to the energy company so that they can address their lines for you once more.

Power lines aren't low. It's the cable line. They have already been out and told me to reach out to Comcast/Xfinity to have it looked at. How would I go about getting a line technician to come out and take a look at it?
