Cable Line Transversing the Middle of our Propert

We are building a house but has a 500 comcast cable line transversing our property, so we reached the second floor but we had to stopped the construction because the Comcast cable. FPL already removed the power cable, but Comcast did not yet. I already called them several times. They opened 2 different tickets, the technician already went to the site but asked to call the construction department. What I have to do?

Hi, @user_b0b63b. Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I see you are starting construction on a home which I'm sure is exciting. I understand you've requested that we move the existing line, but there hasn't been progress just yet. I'll be glad to review the existing tickets and help in any way I can.

I ask that you reach out privately, so we can cover the details of your account. You can start by clicking the chat icon located in the top right corner of your forums' page when signed in. Hello, I already did it a couple of times. The location doesn’t have an account. It was a vacancy lot, and we should have the second floor ready if the cable was not blocking our construction.

I truthfully don't have a number for the construction team. However, we do have tools that allow us to pull up the ongoing work and communicate with them there. We will be your point of contact along the way. Please reach us privately, so we can help you further @user_b0b63b

If you can reach out with your name and address, I should be able to find the information with that. We may also need your email or phone number that is linked to the ticket. If you'd like us to take a look, we are here to help @user_b0b63b

The technician that went to the site today. Asked us to call to project/construction department. What’s the contact number?
