Cable line still down after a month
We have had a pole to pole cable line hanging down across our back yard grass for a month. A technician visited about 2.5 weeks ago and told us another department is responsible for addressing it. It is a safety hazard for my kids and it needs to be taken care of immediately. I have had no luck contacting a human via the support number and my Xfinity email address has been turned off due to no activity. Who can help me with this issue?

Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
