Cable line severed in backyard, needs fixed ASAP
Hello,
for over a week the cable line connected to the back of my house has been severed and I have been without internet. I have found no way of calling a real person to go out and fix it, and I keep being led to dead ends. I need my Internet back asap as I am a university student and the semester is about to start. If I continue to have no contact from a real person, I will be canceling my service and have someone else install a new cable line.

I’m very sorry your internet at home isn’t’ working. While we work to correct this, can you take advantage of our awesome Wifi hotspots, are you familiar with them? Also have you tried troubleshooting your connection via our awesome Xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting it's a great tool you can use if you don't feel like reaching out to us
you just go to Wi-Fi, troubleshooting and it will run an entire assessment on the connection coming into your if the issue can't be fixed it will set you up so you can make an appointment for the next available tech to come out
