cable line running over garage roof shingles is damaged

The Xfinity cable line running from the pole in my backyard to my house crosses over my garage and continually rubs against the shingles. The line is visibly wearing down, and this is approximately the third time I’ve needed it replaced in the past 10 years for the same reason. I’m not experiencing an outage yet, but the damage appears to be getting worse. Could a technician please inspect it and reroute the line so this recurring problem is permanently corrected?
