Cable Line removal

I am a contractor demolishing an older home for a new client. There are two lines that i need disconnected from the home. I assume at least one of them belongs to xfinity/comcast but i cannot get a hold of a human to speak to about this for the LIFE of me! How can i get in touch with someone to speak to about this?!?! It's not about my account so i cannot even get past any of the automated prompts. I have scoured the internet for a simple customer service email address, i feel like i'm in the twilight zone, does this company exist?!!? Please for the love of god someone reply and get me to a human!
