Cable line issues??

Hi, I’m setting up service and the existing Comcast/Xfinity coax drop at my home is wrapped around the outside of the house and parts of it are hanging on the ground. I need a technician to inspect the outside line, replace or reroute it properly, and submit a bury request if needed. I do not want the existing exterior line reused as-is. I would love to call someone and talk but can’t seem to find an actual number I need to call I keep getting routed back to the Ai chat which doesn’t do jack to help
