Cable Line is down from a storm and I have to wait 3 days for a technician.
My cable line was hanging low from a storm back in July so I had Xfinity come out and move my line. Well they never showed the day that I took off to make sure they did it correctly so they came 2 days later and literally just raised the line. Mind you, the line has weeds grown across half of it because of my neighbors jungle in his backyard.
Fast forward to today, and I wake up to my cable line in my pool. I call and ask for someone to come out today because at this point I am done with this company. Nope, not till Saturday. I am so frustrated that I’m dealing with issues like this from this company because nothing ever gets fixed properly and clearly not efficiently.
