Cable line installation takes longer than expected

Very frustrated with xfinity. A guy came to install a line but said we don’t have a working cable wall thing so he put up a work order for us. But It’s been a month and nobody came to do the work. I have been already charged $68 for the service but we don’t have any service and never HAD one. So frustrating
