Cable line in sewer drain

Found out today after days of having backed up plumbing that Comcast had drilled straight through our main sewer drain. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so how did you proceed with this? The plumber charged over $800 for the camera and flushing out my sewer line because of something Comcast did.
