Cable line hanging low dangerously across our street to my house
Why can’t I contact anyone to fix this issue it’s very dangerous. I filled out your very passive Assistant form to report it but there is no assurances that this has been taken care of and then in the meantime my neighborhood is in danger. Do I have to call the police to help avoid disaster here to hunt down what time someone’s coming? Then your are now costing city resource money on top of the danger. This is infuriating- and because it’s my house the danger line is connected to it’s my liability to the neighborhood - you have put in me in quite the predicament
