Cable line cut

hello, need someone to come out to repair a cut cable line.  the line was marked incorrectly by about 4 feet and fencing contractor dug a hole and cut the line.  I did schedule an appointment for Wednesday morning, but want to make sure that they will have proper equipment to repair.  also, i tried calling two different Xfinity support numbers and neither would except voice or keypad commands to the recorded questions.  can you provide a better number than800-934-6489 or 800-266-2278?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message: Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
