Cable Line Burying
My cable line was cut by ITG when burying my neighbors cable line for BPW Fiber. It was replaced 7 weeks ago by Xfinity, but my cable line is still in my yard, wrapped around a tree in my neighbors yard, up and over my neighbors driveway where it has been at multiple risks of being hit by delivery vehicles. I have tried unsuccessfully the last two days to try to get this resolved with customer service over the phone, but have just been given the runaround on 30 minute calls each time. I would like someone to reach out to me about getting my cable line buried, with an actual appointment confirmation this time. On the last two calls no appointment confirmations were given, and the customer service reps even closed out my tickets as unresolved as soon as the call ended.
I feel my only course of action if not resolved quickly is to call BPW Fiber to install their cable line, and I can cut Xfinity's cable line out of my neighbors tree. I hope to hear from someone soon.

I would like to add that all of the gas and cable marker flags are still in my yard and have been the last 8 weeks since ITG was at my neighbors to install BPW fiber. So there is nothing holding Xfinity back from sending a technician out to bury the line.
