Cable Line Bury

Our cable line was supposed to be buried in June. It is now November and Xfinity continues to reschedule our cable line bury appointment or just does not show up. I have called and emailed customer support numerous times and have gotten nowhere. Now I am still waiting, somehow xfinity pulled an ariel line and attached it to a pole we are removing. We have actually regressed from the initial issue.  What can I do to get this cable line buried? Is there a number of someone to speak with that actually can help?
