Cable line burial

How do I go about getting my cable line buried? I have a temporary cable line laying on the top of my yard. Technicians have been out and looked at it, but they have not done anything about it. I had an email stating that it would be buried yesterday and it is still laying in my grass. We are going on over three months with it laying there.
