Cable line burial

Here is my situation - xfinity has dropped the ball several times in the last few weeks. I have been working with them to bury my overhead cable lines for over a month, with no resolution. I am trying to contact management to explain my situation and have resolution. However, I am unable to find any contact information for management. Is there anyone that can help direct me to management? Thank you!
