cable left on ground

It has been a month since the technician put a drop cable for my internet in my yard.  How do I get you to bury it?  I runs across my driveway and we constantly have to move it.

Hello Xfinity, similar issue. A drop line is on the corner of my property, passes through the rain gutter in front of my house and goes two houses down. The line was placed there on June 9th. I called to complain about it on August 7th and the agent on the phone said they were scheduled to take care of it on Monday the 17th. That never happened.

user_ppwca9 Thank you for letting us know this line still needs to be addressed. It can take 10 to 14 business days from the time a line request is scheduled to complete any work needed. This is due to the team doing line repair also working on any emergency repairs that may be needed as well. I would be happy to check on the work order for you if you would like; just let me know.

user_ppwca9 Of course, the 7th to the 17th isn't quite enough time since the weekends would not count but we can for check the status for you.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. Click "Sign In" (If necessary). Click the "Direct Messaging" Icon. Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the “To:” line, type "Xfinity Support". As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Press Enter to send it. How to: Direct Message Within The Forum.
