I have had cable issues since July 2025 and finally was able to get a technician to our home in October 2025. The technicians have told us it is their cable lines on the utility poles outside on their service line. I have went on the AI chat too many times to count with zero success. I have repeatedly contacted customer support by telephone with zero success. I have been paying $200/monthly for television I can't even watch for poor picture, freezing, static, etc. The technicians have been in our home on multiple occasions with the same promise "I PROMISE we will get the outside cable line replaced in the next week". Three months later, nothing has been done and still no local television stations. Who or what do I need to contact to resolve the issue, the FCC, BBB, local and state governmental representatives? I feel like Comcast/Xfinity treat it's rural American customers with lack of respect, honest and have the attitude the people do not matter because they are a huge corporation.

dtankersley71 Good morning, and welcome to our Xfinity Forums Community. We appreciate you taking the time to bring your experience to our attention. This is not the ideal experience we want our customers to have with your services. I'd be happy to take a closer look into your services, and the history to see what the next best step is going to be. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
