Cable is on my house in Galveston and damaging my gutters.

I need the main cable line removed from roof of my house. The power company removed their power cable that damaged my roof. I have yet to get Comcast to get the cable out of my gutters.

The concern is not related to Xfinity Compliments................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_6nyl2x! We can certainly assist with getting our lines raised and removed from your gutters. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
