Cable is not working error code xre03056

My cable has not been working I have been having trouble with it for quite some time now.  I keep getting error code xre 03056 and it will not stop showing up.  I had a technician appointment today and again it is not working after a couple hours.  Can someone please help me resolve this I have tried everything. Thank you!
