Cable in yard/street since 2/12/2026

Hello,  Xfinity replaced a cable on 2/12/2026.  It is laying across the yards and street of our house and our neighbors house.  I’ve requested burying of the cable 3 times via Xfinity assistant beginning 3/11/2026.  I appreciate help you can provide.  Thank you
