Cable has been sagging in my yard for 2 months.

Your contractors came out to run new cable in April. They cut the fiber line that ran to my house, and then tried to blame it on t mobile. That was bad enough but then they draped a bright orange cable along my fence and cut corners so it’s blocking my ability to access my compost bin. It’s been there for 2 months and no one has come to bury it. This needs to be fixed now.

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
