Cable extension
Frustrating is an understatement. Building a new house and have been going in circles with Comcast for the last 6 months .Finally made some progress and had a field service sub contractor from Prince telecom group that visited my site and informed me that I need a plant extension .
Ross from prince telecom was very helpful.He went out of his way to find out for me that a ticket has been created and his Comcast representative could not give him any timeline as far as when it will be completed.
Haven’t received any feedback from the team that does plant extension.I have run the conduit in the ground and according to Ross it should be very easy for them to setup the distribution box .
So I guess you have a field service team that runs rogue . I have received zero updates on when this task will be completed so we can have service.
Comcast it is said to say that you have a subcontractor prince telecom that is providing way better service , excellent customer service and going out of their way to be helpful. Ross and Shirley have been a pleasure to work with, unfortunately I can’t say the same for Comcast . I am patiently waiting in Renton Washington.
