Cable exploded over my backyard
Today Xfinity tech entered to my backyard and connected a cable to my neighbour. The It's about 35ft long hanging above my grasses. The cable will affect my yard maintenance and is not safe. Please take appropriate action.

I'm sorry to hear about the concern you have with this unburied line, and I'd love to see what we can do to help :) Have you already attempted to request a Drop Bury through the Xfinity Assistant, by chance? Customers and non-customers alike should usually be able to report these types of issues through that system for the fastest self-service method available.
