cable depth on deeded right of way

I have received notice that Xfinity is about to install some lines on my right away that provides access to a property in the rear of mine. The property deed requires any utility to be burried and burried deep enough that it does not hinder my ability to remain farming the land. The area marked to be dug is currently in hay crop but I could plow the area up and plant something different. How deep will these lines be burried and do I need to worry if I plow the area up?

user_rt6pkp Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. Typically, lines are buried between 18 to 24 inches on the property, so that you can do what you need to without obstructing or damaging the lines accidentally.
