I have a repair appointment tomorrow morning and I want to make sure they bring the necessary materials. The buried cable was cut so I have no services to the house. It will need to be spliced if possible.

Hello @user_013832. Our technicians are awesome and care all the tools needed to help get our customers back online. They will be able to splice the line or run a temporary line and have a ticket submitted to get it buried.
