Cable connection

I need a technician to move the cable connection to a mounted TV.  Why can't someone help make a service appointment?

Hi there, user_gkfhv1! Thanks for reaching out about the outlet being moved. I apologize that you have not been able to speak with someone about this. If you live in our West region, we can set up a visit to have the outlet moved. We do not wall fish so the outlet would need to be installed in an exterior wall. In areas outside that or if you need a wall fish, an electrician would need to be hired to take care of that. We offer a special 25% discount with Hello Tech if you use their electrician. I am happy to take a look at your address and see if we can set up the visit with one of our technicians.
