Cable clean up in front of my row house

I have at least 2 dead xfinity cable runs in front of my row house that needs to be removed. They have been an eye sore for the last 2 years and I finally took a close look at both cable runs and they do not go anywhere. These cables are running across the alley street and it wouldn't take a contractor with a cherry picker 5 minutes to clear up. It would be fantastic if this could be taken care of.
