Cable Card for Tivo

Hi Comcast,

I am hoping you might be able to help me. I have been trying to recieve a cablecard for my tivo but have been unsuccessful so far. I've called and tried to recieve one but the rep couldn't find how to order one and redirected me to my local store xfinity store. I have tried a few in my area also but unfortunately they say they don't carry them and I have to call in. Hoping you might be able to help me in my endeavor, to have one sent. Happy Holidays.

Hey, @user_3d620a! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you have been having with trying to get a cablecard for your Tivo! From my understanding, we may be in the process of phasing these do to the changing landscape of how we deliver TV to customers in some areas. However, we can certainly have a look into the account and see if we can get one sent out to you! Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
