Cable burying not being completed

Hello, there was a work order for a underground cable installation that has been open for over 3 weeks. Today I got a notification that it was completed, but the cable is still outside, on top of the lawn. I have called Xfinity customer service multiple times to ask when the installation would happen, and each response has been to wait until the 3rd party contractors reaches out to me. I have not received any calls regarding the cable burying, and Xfinity customer support keeps telling me to wait.
