Cable Bury Request
I've been waiting for my Cable Bury request for close to 14 days now and I still haven't received any form of update in the submitall process.
My request is still stuck in Submitted stage - The xfinity technician that came said it should only take 5 days max.
I have tried calling support many times but they keep giving me no help. I have just moved into a new house and I need internet to WFH.
If I can't receive help as soon as possible, I will need to switch to a different provider as I can't get my work done using my phone's hotspot.
