Cable Buried

This now going on 2 months. My neighbor had a problem, and the service tech replaced the cable. When the folks came out to take care of burring their cable, they cut mine. So I got service to come out a few DAYS later (should have been the same day) and they ran a new cable to my house. Now 2 months later I still can't get anyone to come back out to burry my cable. I have called service three times (a story in its own) and had an appointment and no one shows up. The orange cable is in the street and looks fairly rough, so I expect any day to have another outage. WHO DO I CALL????

Tech support appears to be all offshore. I have talked to Egypt, and India and somewhere else. Could you also get people that speak ENGLISH - they have a problem understanding Burry a Cable

Hello, @user_nx90d6 thanks for taking the time to share this experience. We can help and follow up on the work order to bury the cable line. Feel free to send us a direct message when you have a chance, so we can assist you further. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.

Well, I would love to, but you are not in the directory. I clicked on the direct message and searched the names there is no JosephA but there is a JosephA1. Any suggestions on how to send the info you requested to you.

Customer service should not be this hard!!!

You send the DM to Xfinity Support not to the employee by name.  😉
