Cable boxes

I have two cable boxes that keep turning off and on and reconnecting itself

Hello @user_d1lp3i Sorry to hear about the issues with the cable boxes. Are you receiving any error messages before they shut off? How long have you had these boxes for?

About 10 years I don’t know if it’s a bad line or boxes no error message it just cuts off and back on constantly

We can certainly run some tests. It is a little odd that the it is happening to both boxes at the same time, even if they are older. Send us a direct message with your full name and the service address, and we can check a few possible causes for the issues. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
