Cable box

I recently acquired Xfinity and was supposed to receive a modem and tv cable box. I received the modem for WiFi but never received my cable box. I need to have it shipped to me and would like it as soon s possible as I’m going to be charged for services I am not receiving yet. I tried to call but that was pointless as the automated voice doesn’t give you an option of not receiving your equipment and real people apparently just don’t exist with Xfinity. I’m ready to rip out the little bit of hair I have left and before I go completely bald would like to receive what I’m paying for. Any assistance would be appreciated!
