Cable box

Eent and got a new box because I thought the previous box was faulty.Now new box won't power up.

Hi there, @user_tor8q1 Oh no I'm so sorry for the trouble, I know how frustrating it is to get a new box and it won't even power up. If your new Xfinity box won't power up, first check if the power cord is properly plugged into both the box and the wall outlet; then try unplugging the box for 30 seconds and plugging it back in to perform a power cycle; if that doesn't work, check for any visible damage on the power cord or the box-Richard
